Alright.. so here we have the first worthwhile series of photos to blab a little about... baby squash.. so cute and yummy!! not sure if i really want to get into writing up 'recipies' becuase if i am like most of you (who = you?? haha) then i dont really follow the recipies that people put up.. more get inspired from a photo or ingredient.. plus i am not a big measureer in the kitchen.. sorry folks.. but if you have questions please comment and i promise to have a beautiful reply waiting for you!! so..

roasted baby squash... halve a lemon and the juice from the other halve.. evoo.. salt pepper.. looks like i used mint here.. then a basic pasta dish.. tomatoes.. cilantro.. have to add the bacon!!.. then all back in the pan the squash were done in and then just a little time in the oven for the cheese to get comfortable.. easy.. fast(ish) and yum. ok.. first 'real' post out of the way... nitenite

ps- i am horrible at spelling.. not just bad.. HORRIBLE..and i dont really use cpell check that often.. as long as i can be understoo i am happy.. hope that is not too unprofessional of me.. but i am not a professional .. especially at spelling/typing so i am not worried about it.. but again.. if you are.. haha.. i will try my best to fix things up.. mr nice guy right?
